Bus

A bus is any large motor vehicle used to carry more than 10 passengers, including school buses, intercity buses, and transit buses. Buses are often used for transit applications where population densities and business concentrations are not sufficient enough to generate ridership for light-rail lines, or where cities substituted buses for streetcars during the 20th century. Bus Rapid Transit is a mode of transportation in which buses run on a dedicated right-of-way and stop at "stations", like commuter railroads do.
